Church Cleaning Rota:  It is hoped that a monthly rota could be organised for the cleaning of the Kilcummin Church.  If interested you might contact Siobhan in the Parish Office 064 6643176.

Farewell Evening: For parishioners who wish to celebrate and honour the time Fr. Eamonn spent with us a celebratory evening will take place on Wed 16th      October in the Parish Recreational Hall. There will be envelopes in the Church Porch for anyone who would like to make a donation.  For organisational purposes please state on your envelope the number from your household who will attend.

Kilcummin Looking Good urge everyone to refrain from dumping litter on our roads. It is great to see so many people taking pride in the appearance of Kilcummin and making a big effort in cleaning up the area. We are planning a parish clean-up day on Sat 28th Sept and are seeking volunteers to help with litter picking on all roads on the day. Bags available from the RD Office. Míle Buíochas.

Kilcummin Looking Good with the support of Kerry ETB Community Education plan to run an introductory Course on Organic Gardening & Basic Horticultural Skills in Kilcummin village from Autumn to Spring commencing Thur 26th Sept from 1.30 – 3.30pm. Kilcummin Comhaltas are now enrolling for group music classes for beginner and advanced and also for singing classes. These classes are open to all and for more information please contact 087 1191353.

AGM:  Kilcummin Comhaltas will be holding their AGM on Monday 30th September at 9.30pm in the Rural Development Office. All are welcome.

Fundraising: We will be collecting at Tesco’s Deer Park on the 18th October. Any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Kilcummin Senior Ladies will play Milltown/Listry in the junior A County Championship Final on Sun 22nd at 11.30am at Legion pitch.

Vacancy presently exists on the Kilcummin C. E. Scheme. The position involves assisting Community Care in the organising of their weekly Day Care facility. It is for 19.5 hours per week.
