An Appreciation:  Christmas is a time we are more aware of our belonging to family and Parish. Throughout the year many people help us, inspired by a spirit of dedication and generosity. In our parish we are most grateful to our readers, ministers of the Eucharist, singers, musicians, altar servers, collectors, counters, Altar society, Liturgy Group, people who decorate and maintain the Church and everybody who has participated in our special liturgies. Also, to Siobhan McSweeney, the O’Connor & Duggan Families, staff of the Rural Development Office & teachers & pupils in our schools. A special word of thanks to Sandra O’Connor, Clydagh who donated the Christmas tree.

Kilcummin Pastoral Council: We would like to thank all the Priests of the Killarney Pastoral Area for all of the support and assistance given to the Parishioners here in Kilcummin over this past year as we progress on our Christian Faith journey together.

Christmas Offering Envelopes for the support of the priests of the parish are available at the Church porches. These can be handed into the Parish Office or at the second collection at our Christmas Masses. As you know, the usual offertory collection at Mass go entirely to the running and upkeep of Kilcummin Parish Church and office, while the income for the priests come from offerings and dues at Christmas, Easter, Spring, Autumn and November, as well as offerings at the Sacraments. Thanks for your continued support for the priests of the Killarney Pastoral Area.
