Second Collection at all Masses this weekend April 27th & 28th for Peter’s Pence. This collection provides assistance to those in need in the Holy Land and helps fund Dispensaries, Charitable Institutes, Centres of Education & housing projects for the deprived.

Rosary at the Grottos: Join thousands of people around Ireland as we go to our local Grottos to pray the Rosary each day during the month of May. Parishioners are invited to pray the rosary at Glounonea Grotto @ 8pm each night during May.  Please support.

Next Friday is the First Friday of the month.  Usual Communion rounds; Anabla on Thurs. afternoon and Kilcummin on Fri. morning.

Kilcummin Comhaltas: Fleadh Cheoil Chíarraí will take place from 19th to 23rd June in Milltown. Entry forms available at the Rural Dev. Office and must be returned to office by Fri 3rd May. Please note membership closes this Monday 29th April.

Rambling House, Kilcummin Recreational Hall, Sat 4th May at 8.15pm. Come along and enjoy the best of Irish music, dance & storytelling. Tea, coffee and traditional barmbrack on the night. Raffle & spot prizes.

Zumba kids junior (4-6 yrs) starting back in the Recreational Hall from Friday May 10th to 21st June, (7 weeks) from 5pm to 6pm.  €50 per child.  Zumba kids (7-12 yrs) from 6pm to 7 pm.  Booking essential as numbers are limited.  Contact Catriona 0872227512.

Want a good read?:  In a new initiative by Looking Good for April which is Reuse Month you can now recycle or swap your books which are in good condition in the Rural Dev. Office. Special box in the office for drop or swap during office opening hours.

County Clean Up Day-Kilcummin Looking Good: A big thank you to all the people who have made such a big effort in cleaning up their areas. We are still looking for volunteers to assist in collecting rubbish on the roads in their area. Bags are available at the Rural Development Office and can be returned there when full. Míle Buíochas.

Computer Training: Word Processing Level 3, commencing on Mon 29th April until Mon 27th May, resuming in Sept in the Rural Dev Office. This module includes producing a range of documents, letters, posters, editing, formatting, printing etc. For further information please contact Mary McSweeney 087 7798573.

Kilcummin Childrens Choir recommences Tue 30th May between 5 and 6pm in the Rural Dev. Office. Contact Elaine Canning 087 7665005.
