NEW PARISH OFFICE HOURS
Hours are every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00am to 12noon every week. All parish queries can be made through the Parish Office during these times, 064 6643176.
We would like to ask car owners to make way for people with disabilities especially wheelchair users and to refrain from parking on footpaths and gateways within the Village especially within close proximity to the Church, Presbytery, School etc. We should also keep in mind parents with buggies and pedestrians in general who use the footpaths. Your consideration would be greatly appreciated.
For parishioners who wish to celebrate and honour the time Fr. Eamonn spent with us a celebratory evening will take place on Wed 16th Oct @ 8pm in the Parish Recreational Hall. Envelopes are available in the Church Porch for anyone who would like to make a contribution and this can be put into the box in the porch, handed in to the Post Office or dropped into the Offertory Collection basket. Please state on your envelope the number from your household who will attend.
Craft night will be held in the Rural Dev. Office on Wednesday 9th October at 8pm. All ladies welcome.
MASTERGEEHA F.C 40th anniversary celebrations 19th/20th of October 2019 at Kilbrean Park. Mastergeeha f.c are celebrating 40 years in business this year and to celebrate this remarkable achievement the club is having a fun filled weekend with an academy blitz, fun day, charity match, football darts and so much more taking place. We would like to thank Kilcummin N.S., Anabla N.S. and Coolick N.S., all the teachers, parents and especially the pupils for supporting our Annual Hospice morning. Your support is greatly appreciated.

U14 National Cup
Granville 5 Mastergeeha 4 In this close game away in Limerick on Saturday afternoon the boys were unlucky not to force the game to extra time. Sean Doolan, Keelan o Shea, Kieran Nagle and Emmett Spillane got the Mastergeeha goals but in the closing stages they were unlucky hitting the post and crossbar with good shots.
MEK 6 Mastergeeha 3 In this game the boys went in at the break 3-1 up with Sean Mc Aulliffe and Mathew Kennedy getting the goals. In the second half the home side were more clinical and got the goals that ensure they took all three points. All played well with Captain on the day Darra Moynihan leading by example.
Mastergeeha 6 Tralee Dynamo 3 In this high scoring game the seniors trailed the Tralee side 2-1 at the break. A much better performance in the second half ensure Mastergeeha took all three points. Philip O Leary (2), Paul Moroney, Dylan Murphy, Owen Daly and Gearoid Kerins got the goals in a good team performance.
There was no winner of the Lotto on Friday 4th October. Numbers drawn were 1,2,19,22.
