There was no winner of the Lotto on Sunday 15st December. The numbers drawn were 4, 7, 8, 16. Consolation prizes €50 Catherine Long, €50 Noel Lucey, Aghadoe, €50 Michael Kenneally, Tiernaboul, €50 John Brosnan, Tournonaugh. Next draw Sunday 29th December. Jackpot €10,450.
Two Christmas Hampers went to Paul O’Donoghue Inchicullane, Kilcummin and Ivor O’Sullivan Milleen, Kilcummin.
Premier: Killarney Athletic 2 - 0 Mastergeeha FC. Our U-12s made the short trip the current standard setters in the Premier on Saturday. In a good spirited match, we worked hard for each other and came out second best on the day. A huge performance by all the boys that they can be proud of and it has the making of a turning point in our season.U-12
Division 2: Mastergeeha FC 1 - 0 Camp Juniors. Our U-12s hosted Camp Juniors on Saturday morning at home in Kilbrean Park. Our boys are up there setting the pace in a very competitive division. Cillian Miley’s goal being the difference on the day.
Division 1: Inter Kenmare 1 – 3 Mastergeeha FC. Our u-14’s hit the road to Kenmare for the early kick off on Saturday morning. In a very competitive match, Mastergeeha’s strength showed and with 2 goals from Emmet Spillane and a goal from Aaron Buckley with a solid performance from our defensive on the day. Congratulations to Emmet for making the Kerry Schoolboys team of the week for a great performance.
Division 2: Mastergeeha FC 3 – 7 St. Brendan’s Park. In a score line that flattered the visitors, there was not that much between the teams. We continued to create opportunities and we got 3 goals from Sean McAuliffe and Gavin Barry.
Killarney Athletic 3 – 2 Mastergeeha FC. Our boys travelled the short distance into town to take on Killarney Athletic in a flowing and very exciting game. Unfortunately, we fell short on the day. Our scorers were Adam O’Sullivan and Philip O’Leary (Penalty)
MASTERGEEHA CHRISTMAS BINGO
Our monthly bingo is on again in the Recreational Hall in Kilcummin on Decembers 30th.
A great evening is anticipated where everyone is welcome to join us – Doors open at 7:30pm
MASTERGEEHA FC ACADEMY
Our underage boys and girls (U5’s – U9’s) will resume academy training again on January 11th special thanks to the parents/families for their great support on the day. It means a lot to all teams.
